Also, we at Blaze n' Blue's BBQ cook slow and low as we place our quality meats in our custom smoker with mesquite and hickory logs and cook them at low temperatures. Blaze n' Blue's cooks its pork shoulders and country ribs for up to 8 hours and tri-tips for up to 4 hours.
